I have covid. Called to make an appointment. I spoke with Anna and she is the BEST!!!!! I felt like garbage and my girl Anna made me feel 1000x better with the process to make the appointment. That girl deserves employee of the month every month. I really hope this Google review helps even if it’s to just let her know there aren’t many people who handle customer services like Anna. I was just telling my husband about her and before saying her name he yelled out Anna and said yep she is the best! 😁☺️😁☺️

BRUTAL! For the last 5 years (10 appointments), the lab (recommended by Changebridge Medical) did not have my referral for the bloodwork. (FYI: each time I wait an hour or so to find this out). Changebridge apologizes each time and gives me a different excuse saying it will not happen again. The last time, Katie Rizzolo, gave me her extension and told me to call her directly before-hand. So I called Katie, SHE DID NOT EVEN LET ME SPEAK and hung up saying that I kept interrupting HER. KATIE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. By the way: I schedule my next appointment each time before leaving but Katie claimed that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I can go on and on but clearly they don't value my business!!

Very rude and selective when it comes to who they treat right at this office. I've tried almost every doctor and can say after one solid year, they all turn numb and non communicative. I've been ignored and spoken down to by nurses and doctors. If you say anything, everyone is really out of touch and doesn't think it's a big deal. Dr. Alyssa Huncken is rude and aggressive. I've never had a doctor give me glares, if you have a problem, lets communicate. Let's figure it out. I would not recommend coming here if you are POC.

This office is amazing. I went to see Dr Huncken for an issue. The wait time was awesome and she took the time to explain my issue. Staff was friendly, would go there again.

My doctor retired last year and I needed to find a new GP. I went to Changebridge Medical and met Lora McHale. She's amazing. The staff is kind & helpful. I loved it so much - I switched my 5 & 7 yr old daughters over as their new pediatrician as well. Dr. Huncken is wonderful and so good with my 3 girls! Parking is super easy as well. Overall it's been a great experience for the last year.

I love how Dr. Iannetta explains his mental model for treatment including medications prescribed. He confirmed there would be no issue with the medications prescribed given my severe allergies, which made me even more at ease with the treatment plan. He took his time during the visit and never did I feel I was being rushed thru care. He is absolutely the best, and I truly feel my care and treatment is in good hands.

Staff is very professional and well behaved , I saw Dr James Federica , he is a very calm and knowledgeable doctor and he addressed all my concerns in detail . Overall it is great experience and would love to visit here for all my health concerns .

Called 3 times to get a doctor to go over my lab results, no call back. Dr Pallay is not the most personable doctor. I am very big on the care I receive and this was just not the best. I had to change from 3 stars to 1 star since Dr.Pallay is extremely lacking in responding to anyone. No response to go over blood work, urine, takes 3-5 business days or longer to even look at you. TERRIBLE OFFICE. No one should have to call multiple times to see what’s wrong with them!
